Weekend in Lacey

We spent the weekend with Jeremy and Kenzie and had such a great time. Makayla loved Jeremy. She was on his lap cuddling with him all the time. So sweet!

We went to the beach with the boys because they were going crabbing. The beach was so close to there house. It was awesome.
Aiden thought he was so cool because he got to hang out with the big boys and go crabbing all day every day. I think that this was the best weekend of his life.
Setting off on the USS Minnow. These boys really should not be together this much on a small boat. Good thing we didn't go with is all I have to say.
Hmmm. . . I think you guys forgot something.

Aiden so proud of his catch. I don't think a little boy could have had more fun. What a great Dad and Uncle he has. Despite the boys loosing 4 crab pots and getting stung by Jelly Fish, they had a great time on the boat.
Kausten, not really enjoying the beach. We didn't hang out to long but we had a great time too. We went shopping and hung out with kids.
Makayla loving the beach.

Popsicles on hot day. What could be better.
Kausten with his first popsicle. Good thing I came down, I think that he is deprived! Just kidding, but they sure did love it.

A nice sunny day, a pool, and a play set. Kid Heaven!

Kenzie had a pretty small pool for 3 kids and a dog to all share, but the sprinkler on it made it awesome. They loved it.

Little Miss Attitude!
Cousins having fun.

What a goof.
Poor Makayla. She was so nervous to go down the slide forward. She normally goes feet first on her belly. But with a lot of encouragement from me and Kenzie we convinced her it was ok. Oops! We kinda forgot that the boys went down first and got it all wet and slippery. Sorry Kayla!

  1. I love that shot of Makayla on the slide...totally worth the tears if you ask me. =) She was such a great sport. Thanks so much for the awesome weekend. We really do wish we could do it every weekend. And we will enjoy the ice cream bars tonight thanks to you also.
